Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and manage communication relating to a possible or existing stay.

Bookings and external services

Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb are governed by those services’ privacy policies. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam, and map pages use OpenStreetMap-based services. Those providers may process technical information such as your IP address.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, booking administration, legal obligations and dispute handling. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers where needed to operate the website or fulfil a request, or where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
